Copic Creations Challenge #14

Welcome to our 14th Copic Creations Challenge. The theme for this one is "Black." I know that sounds strange, but I decided that it really was a great lesson and helpful to learn about coloring with various shades of greys to make black. Tilda's cap and gown are done in the warm grey tones, W2-W-7. Her socks and shoes are done in the cool grey tones, C-1, C-3 and darkened with C7. The warm tones have more of a brown look and the cool tones tend to have more of a blue look. The collar outline is done with a black multi-liner. I made my sentiment with my Just-Rite font and punched it with my Modern Label Punch. I would like to encourage you to join in on this one as it will broaden your coloring horizons to read the tutorials. Thanks for stopping by and be sure to take a look at what the rest of the design team did for this challenge...they've done an awesome job, as always.
