A Child's World

Hi there! It's been a busy week for me since my son and his wife came back on Wednesday from 5 years in England. It's so good to have them home but they're only here for a few days and then they're off to Med school (in the states at least.) Anywhoo, not much time in the craft room, but I did manage to color two more of Mo's images (Maurie Manning from Mo's Digital Pencil Too.) The first she calls "Sumpin's Wrong", and I decided to title it that way because it works with "Haven't heard from you for awhile", "Haven't seen you for awhile" - "Miss seeing you"......you get the picture. I'm sure there are other such situations, but that's what came to mind. It was pretty simple and quick to color and I just love this image. The second one is my first attempt at
a non-caucasian skin-color. She just looks like an adorable African-American to me, so that's the way I colored her. She's reading the classic "Funny Bunny" to her little friend, and I also adore this image. I'm not going to go into all the ingredients for these cards, but if you have any questions, please feel free to e-mail me. I'm off to have a wonderful Chile dinner that my son made. He loves to cook and he's sure good at it. Hope you like these renditions of Mo's images. I have several more printed out and waiting to be colored. Hope you're having a wonderful week. Hugs,
