Babies and Christmas
I have two cards to share with you today and they're both stamps from Flourishes. The first is from their Baby Love set and it is for our very dear friends who were blessed today with a new granddaughter. Their oldest grandchild is 16 if I'm not mistaken, so this has been a thrill for them to anticipate this new little one, and a girl at that. We are so happy for them. The papers used are from SU's Pink Pirouette. This set came out a few months ago and I immediately fell in love with it.
The next card is from their Christmas Wreath set, and I think it is one of the handsomest wreaths I've ever seen. I've already seen it colored several different ways and every one that I've seen is gorgeous. Flourishes is preparing to release their November sets this week so peek previews are already out there. No, I'm not doing a commercial for them. I just happen to love and have need for these images right now, so I'm thrilled that they're sitting here waiting for me to ink up. It's also time to donate my Christmas cards to our church for the Women's ministry to send out to our missionaries, so I need to go through what I've been saving up and get them ready to pass on to them. We are getting ready for Tropical Storm Ida and the rain is steadily increasing. Schools were cancelled today and much more is supposed to be closed tomorrow. I'm going to clean up and watch a movie and hope that we don't lost power. Thanks for stopping by. It's always a treat for me to see what others are doing and share with you what I've been doing.

The baby card is absolutely adorable! Love the little rattles on each side of the sentiment.
You colored that wreath fabulously and like it on the plaid and polka dot paper!
What a fabulous baby card. So soft and pretty.
Your baby card is so sweet and I LOVE your coloring on that fabulous wreath. WOW!
(Glad to see that Ida decided to fizzle out a little.)
Oh my goodness..your cards are stunning! I LOVE THEM BOTH so much! You have outdone yourself here! Two people are so lucky that they are going to receive these cards! I love how you made the baby card appear vintage like. And that wreath, alot of colouring went into that beauty!
Stay safe with the Tropical Storm. I hope you don't lose any power, we would love to see more creations!

Both these are just lovely. The baby card is just so sweet. I think SU Pink Purouette is just the best pink I've seen. The embossed dotted dots. The christmas is wonderul. You are right about how handsome that wreath is. Hope you made out okay with Ida. I thought of you when I heard it was headed up your way. It was far off the coast from us. We were just cloudy all day with some spritzes of rain. Hugs and prayers.
OMGoodness! BOTH cards are gorgeous! But, the wreath is my favorite - I LOVE the way you colored it, WOW. Your Copic coloring is truly amazing - you are very gifted! I do love the baby card (perfect timing in my book!) :D Hope you're doing okay down there, it seems late for these storms! Hugz, Mary
p.s. I left a little something for you on my blog!

Beautiful! Oh the baby card is wonderful, and your wreath is stunning! Fantastic cards Karen.
Oh, I swoon! With your fabulous coloring, this wreath is just the thing for you! Love all the colors you used. I almost forgot how gorgeous this wreath is and I really need to use it some more. Also, dare I say your baby card just might be the cutest card I've seen with this set so far? I love how you used the rattles for accents. It's great that it had the grandbabies sentiment...just perfect for your needs!
What beautiful cards! Love the soft pink of the baby and the bold colors of the wreath...the best of both worlds!
